- Tools in original packaging
- Unopened cleaning products with seals intact
Non-Returnable Items
- Used cleaning products
- Perishable items
- Damaged by customer misuse
- Items not in original condition

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only if the product is damaged during delivery. The customer must send an exchange request within 1 day of receiving the product. Exchange shipping is free both ways.
Note: For returns due to change of mind or other situations not related to delivery damage, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

International Returns
